MJR Woodworks LLC Return & Refund Policy  

Thanks for shopping at MJR Woodworks LLC and I hope your Purchase arrived in perfect condition as I hand wrap and protect your order as best as possible. If your Puzzle arrives damaged, please contact me (Mike) asap for procedures. 

Returns must be sent to MJR Woodworks LLC / Attention: Mike at 

650 Wild Ridge Circle Lafayette, CO. 80026. A reason for return and a form of Contact should be included.  

Unless damaged upon arrival, Custom Orders will not be credited. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Your item must be returned in the original packaging. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

You will receive the credit no later than the amount of days specified on your card issuer's policies 

If preferred, you have the option of store credit instead of payment return. 

Unless damage occurred and returns discussed as outlined above you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you have chosen store credit, your order will be sent with Shipping Costs Paid by me.
